CRM need for event management Company

Dear Freelancers/Friends,
I got an enquiry from an EVENT management Company , they need a CRM Solution using *Sugar Community Edition* . As part of discussion on
Monday , I need to mention the services I can provide in general . I already gave a vague Scope of Work(SoW), please look on it and advise me

Please mention Estimated hours (tentative) & Total Cost . Don't stick in that requirement , you can mention your own points :)

Failed update - SugarCE-Upgrade-6.5.x-to-6.5.13.zip

Specified directory '' for zip file 'upload://SugarCE-Upgrade-6.5.x-to-6.5.13.zip' extraction does not exist.

Presently running SugarCRM CE 6.5.12; Apache/2.2.16; mysql 5.1.66;PHP 5.3.3-7; Zend Engine v2.3.0 with XCache v1.3.0

Updated to 6.5.12 a few weeks back without incident. So what do I need to fix?

Workflow module and Email attachment

Hi all
I need help with workflow module.
I create workflow for new beans, then i create Alert Email Template. Then, when i create new bean, i want send email with attachment, but i can't found how i can do this.
And this is my question - Can i send email with attachment using Sugar workflow module or not?

Cannot set up a mail account

I am Setting up Sugar CRM CE 6.5.12 (Build 1046). So far I love it except for one thing. I can not setup mail accounts. I have a Microsoft exchange server running, and Sugar can send out mail like if I create a new user.
When I go to a users email in the system and select Settings and click to add a mail account I get the mail accounts properties screen fine. However I can not create the account. When I enter in all the information and click the select buttons for the mail folders I get a popup screen that says loading... and that is all. I get the same thing if I click test settings.
Is there settings on the exchange server I need to set for this to work?
Any help would be great, thanks.

Smarty Compiler issue after installation of SugarCE Full-6.5.9

Hello,
I just installed a SugarCE 6.5.9 on a shared linux (CentOS) server, the installation went without a hitch (no error messages). However, when I tried to access Sugar after completion, I received the following error message:

pb with a label

hello I use 6.4.5 comunity edition
I created a module with some fields and labels in 3 languages

when I would like to add a data
edit mode

one field appears without his label (only in one language)

exemple
I have a field with the name "LBL_NAME_Partenaire"
the label in english is "Partner Name"

I didn't see the label and it appears "LBL_NAMEP"

can anyone help me on this pb

REST API - Create new Account and new Note tied to new Account

I am new to Sugar API and trying to create a new user account and then log a note for that account. I go through the three steps below. Create a new account, Create new note, then set a relationship. What am I missing here as it is not working correctly.

Companies as Targets

We have a list of companies we'd like to use in a marketing campaign, but we have no personal contact information from within the companies.

We've imported the list of companies into our targets list but, without a "first name" and "last name" for a contact; there doesn't seem to be a way to view the details of each entry, and thus move them into leads as we work with them. I tried making the relevant fields clickable with "link => true" in the "Prospects" module's listviewdefs metadata but that didn't work.

I've been working at it from this angle for awhile and I thought maybe I should take a step back and ask: How should we handle lists of prospective companies in Sugar's sales pipeline?

I'd guess this is a pretty common thing, you do some market research and come up with a list of companies you'd like to work with.. ..where does that list fit into sugar?

Need help with relationship issue - I think?

So I created a custom Invoice module on our test box. Once it was approved by the department that was going to use it, I exported it and installed in on our production box. After some time I was asked if I could add a currency dropdown field to the module. So on test box I added a relationship to Opportunities, saved and deployed and the currency dropdown field became available in Studio for me to add to my Invoice module and deploy. Worked great. Here comes the weird part... I followed the same steps on our production box but the dropdown field never becomes available. I looked through all the related relationships and did repairs but to no success. Please help!!

Case creation from inbound email is too slow

cases are being created from inbound email very slow (approx 30 minutes) since last few days. We checked scheduler and it is running at every minute.

Target list / campaign membership appear in Contacts / Accounts subpanels

This problem is driving me crazy!!

Some of my Sugar users have created Target Lists with existing contacts in them. I have created Campaigns for each of the Target lists.

I want to display, in the Campaigns subpanel in Contacts or Accounts that the Contact or Account has been put on a Target List.

So, if a user looks up a Contact, they can go to the Campaigns subpanel and see that contact is on a particular Target List / Campaign.

Anybody know any simple (ie no code writing) way of doing this? Are workflows an option?

No data in schedular Job log

I have created a schedular mass email campaign which runs every one hour. I have upgraded my sugar to 6.5. I have setup the crontab using cpaenl like * * * * * cd /home/---/public_html/-----; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1
But the schedular does not run. I see that "No Data" in the job log of schedular. Please help me to fix it.

Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities Missing after upgrading SugarCRM

Sugar Version: 6.5.13
Sugar Edition: Community
Category: Campaign
Operating System: Debian 6.0.7
PHP Version: 5.3.3-7+squeeze15 with Suhosin Patch
Database: MySQL 5.1.66
Web Server: Apache 2.2.16 Debian

After upgrading SugarCRM Community Edition from 6.5.12 to 6.5.13, when I view Leads, Accounts, Contacts or Opportunities it is all blank.
i also checked the MySQL database, and all the data is still there.

Does anyone have any clue what went wrong in the upgrade?

Using the "average" function on a drop down with numerical values

I have a dropdown list of 1 - 10, both the system and display values are numerical. I'm trying to get an average of those fields, but it keeps returning NaN. Any ideas?

Project Status Notification

Hi everyone. I searched around but I think no one asked this yet. I need help in two things please. I have SugarCRM 6.5.3 installed and is working fine.

1. Under "Projects", the only options for status are Draft, In Review and Published. Can we add an "Overdue" status?
2. When "Overdue" status is selected, how will we send out a notification email to the assigned user or to someone?
