You can edit the record and change the assigned user to the user who should be assigned to the lead or use the Mass Update feature on the list view. This would allow for you to filter the leads and assign the results to a specific user.

Using CE and have 2 or more users? You need SecuritySuite - Teams

I tried the feature mass update but problem is even after assigning Lead to User "A" , User "B" still can access/View them from his login. I want If I assign certain leads to User A , they should not be show/Access from User B's Login.

    Many thanks

This is where roles come into play. Create a role that sets access to Owner for the Leads module for View, List, Delete, etc and assign that role to User A. After logging back in, User A will only be a able to see their own leads.

I tired it . It works but my scenario is " I have 3 salesman and i wants to assign different leads to them and i don't want them to have access to each other's lead. For example if i assign Lead A,B,C to salesman 1 so salesman 2 should not view or edit those leads but at the same time he can have access to his assigned leads."

I tried with role assigning but it did't solved my issue.

Once again Many thanks for your Help and patience.

    Regards
    Narendra

You didn't do it correctly then if that is your need. Create a role and set Leads access to Owner across that role. Then assign that role to salesman 1. Next time that salesman 1 logs in (requires a logout if currently logged in) that user will only see Leads assigned to him/her.
