Sadek, the developer of the Sugar Forums module first released in Release 4.5, will discuss how he built the Sugar Forums module.

The Forums module is a terrific sample module in which to illustrate the top-level tasks of module creation:

** It contains multiple UI elements: List/Detail/EditViews, subpanels, admin screen elements.
** It is internationalized
** It runs on Sugar OS, Pro and Ent
** It is built from the ground up to be module loadable
** It is upgrade-safe

The Forums module also implements some cool conditional UI features.
