Undelivered Email campaign

Hi,
I am working last 2 days upon this problem. Did all the system requirement check. Tried to simulate the process, but it is no good. The emails are not not sent to all contacts. Tried to learn from the already posted threads. No ray of hope.
Can any one help.

Hi Aditya

Are you able to identify any similarity in the Contacts not emailed?
The Email Campaign works like a charm for all our customers, including ourselves.
If some Contacts are not been emailed probably there is something wrong regarding them.

Some notes you can check:
How often the cron.php is loaded (configured at the system cron)?
How much emails are sent by process?
