Got the upgrade working after following the issues with ZuckerReports, the vast majority of the system is happy now.

One issue we do have - we created a custom module that has been working OK in previous versions. On upgrading it was erroring - so I redeployed it from module builder and it works ok apart from:

a) It has lost relationships - for example our module (job boards) is associated with particular lcient accounts, these have disappeared from the client accounts - though when you go into the job board record it related back to the correct account that is meant to list it. Re-selecting fixes it, but we have over 400

b) Underneath where a job board would be listed within an account we see the dreaded message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method LoggerManager::getloggerrepository() in /var/www/sugarcrm/log4php/LoggerPropertyConfigurator.php on line 120

Does anyone have any ideas on fixing this and/or are having issues with upgrading custom modules themselves?
