During the upgrade process of SugarCE Upgrade 6.3.x to 6.4.0RC3 everything seemed to be going find then I got a "The connection was reset" error on the page.
Can anyone help me here? What happened, and what can I do about it?

P.S. This is kinda urgent as I have 12 staff locked out of their favourite CRM package!!!
