After upgrade 6.3.0 Menu balk not working

After upgrading to 6.3.0 only the sales tab is working. All the other menu tabs are not working although when typing the module in the address line it works. Some screens are also empty. I can't find any error in the logs.

I'm having the same problem. Sales is the only menu item working.

No, not one error. I can see the mouse moving over the other menu items but no highlighting and clicking on it gives no reaction.

How about errors on page load, or perhaps scripts not showing as loading correctly?

We did a new install and updated from that install the database and screens. This worked.

I've solved the problem updating the file permissions under /include/javascript
It was a nightmare!

Executed upgrade to 6.4.1 and guess what: menu balk not working. Same issue, no solution. Last time we spend a couple of days solving this issue and at the end we need to pay someone doing this (new install+all changes to screens lost). This time I give it one day, then either I will restore my previous version either I will kick sugarcrm out. Each change to the system is a nightmare.

Issue solved. The main issue is the file permissions. I followed Angel's link Angel's Blog: SugarCRM Troubleshooting: Formatting Woes. And after changing file permission the menu balk worked and the empty editor/studio screen was filled.
