Call to a member function error()

Hello,
I am new to Sugarcrm and when trying a new installation I get:
Fatal error: Call to a member function error() on a non-object in /home/natshare/domains/tikke.co.il/public_html/clients/include/utils/sugar_file_utils.php on line 84

Getting exactly the same error, new installation on version SugarCE-6.4.0beta5

• Unzipped the files
• Uploaded to FTP
• went to http://www.domain.com/crm/ (where files are unzipped)
• Webpages loads up install.php, select language (default) and click Next

Same here with beta 6. Tried it on 2 different linux based servers.

chown -R www-data:www-data on the sugar dir helped.

Um... what goes in "www-data:www-data" ? Is that for real or a placeholder. (I know what to put in for sugar-root)

Answering my own question... looks like www-data is a real parm.
