Call to a member function error() in Sugar CE

Hallo mates,

today i've tried to install Sugrar CRM fot testing pourposes. After copying the Folder to /srv/www/htdocs/ i've tried to use Demo Sugar | Open Source Business & Social CRM - SugarCRM and got a install page. After choosing "English" i'm redirected to a blank Page.
