New user I just joined a company who subscribes to online Sugar CRM. They do not integrate with Outlook. I downloaded the .84 plugin, installed the Microsoft Office 2010: Primary Interop Assemblies Redistributable per instructions and then installed the Outlook plugin. When I start Outlook there is no evidence that I installed anything. There is no option to connect with Sugar in Outlook.
Shouldn't be this hard-basic, blocking and tackling. Any ideas? I have Outlook v2010 32 bit running Windows 7. What am I missing?
