Database falure in Accounts module post 6.1x to 6.3 Upgrade

Sugar noob here, hoping someone can assist.

We performed the upgrade to 6.3 from 6.1 and all appeared correct on our test instance. The live instance has produced errors. Initially an Ajax error in accounts which was resolved by disabling Ajax for the module. Now however, when openign an account, teh following message appears at teh bottom of the page:

Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.

And the records do not appear to be complete.

Having reviewed some forum posts I have turned on logging and found the following error in the sugar log.

[FATAL] MySQL error 1054: Unknown column 'accounts.id' in 'on clause'

The system is a FastStack on Windows solution, and ther don;t appear to be errors anywhere else. Quick Repair/Rebuild of the database throws no errors but fails to fix the issue.

Any guidance anyone can offer to help us resolve the issue would be apreciated. This is new ground for us.

This is now fixed.

We had a custom feild that had become orphaned after teh upgrade. removing thsi and rebuilding resolved the issues (with help form Sugar Support).
