Thumbs up Easy way to Install SugarCE

    Hi,

If anyone is looking for a quick and easy way to install SugarCE (and then perhaps upgrade to Sugar Pro or Enterprise), I've just written a detailed guide here: Installing SugarCRM in Easy Steps | Cloud Productivity

I hope this helps anyone who is feeling a bit stuck trying to set it up on their own.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

This post above is misleading ... It is advertising for one special provider of SugarCRM hosting, not a general guide how to install SugarCRM easily.

Here are much better guides for on-demand/on-site installations:

    Thanks for the feedback.

The article is designed for absolute beginners who are looking to start using or evaluating SugarCRM Community Edition. It provides a very quick and simple way for someone without any IT knowledge to get started with Sugar. After all, the more people there are using Sugar, the better, right

I often hear of business of only 1 or 2 people that are looking for SugarCRM, but don't have the technical know-how to install and configure on their own. This article is aimed at those people.

The next 2 articles in the series will deal with Upgrading and Configuring

I'm also working on a detailed guide for setting up Sugar Pro on your own hosting provider - this may come in a number of versions, covering Windows, Linux, cPanel and manual/command line.
