I just upgraded from 5.5.x to 6.1.0. Everything went smoothly, however on firefox 8 the login and all subsquent pages render in quirks mode and so the page header is messed up (pasted below). There is a DOCTYPE tag in the document so I am not sure why Firefox is not happy with it. IE shows the page fine. I've checked the DefaultCharSet in Apache httpd.conf and it is UTF8; I've reset the Firefox default character encoding to UTF-8. I'm kind of at a loss here, any suggestions on why this happened after the upgrade and how to fix it?
