General question about SugarCRM CE upgrades

Hi,

I have installed SugarCRM in version 6.0.0 and then upgraded it successively when upgrades got available on the web. The current version of my Sugar installation is 6.5.9.

Being currious about the upgrading process and about healthiness of my installation, I downloaded full installation of SugarCRM 6.5.9 and compared its contents to the contents of my existing installation.

There are the results here. Files when compared are exactly same, but there are many files (php, js, resources) in the full installation that are missing in my current installation. Is that OK? Is it because of backward compatibility? Or should I synchronize my existing files with the files of full installation?

Sorry for the noise, my installation is OK. Full installation does contain exactly the same files. My installation contains more files, but it is not problem as these files are backup files, cache files and files related to custom modules. So there is no problem at all.
