Hi

I have just upgraded to 6.4 and as admin I have grouped modules tabs, but as a normal user I still have the old single line tabs.

If I, as admin, go to admin/users and look at their options I can see an unchecked box labelled Grouped Modules, yet when I go to edit that user that check box no longer appears!

Does anyone have any ideas how to turn Grouped modules on for users.
