Hi All,

We have been using Sugar for the past few years and we loved-it ... I know we are way over-due with an upgrade, so know that we finally have time and resources, I am looking for some guidelines regarding the upgrade procedure.

I read through the requirements ... all good there, but my concern is that we don't loose all custom-made fields mostly in Accounts and Opportunity modules.

Any hints are more than welcome!!!
