install.php tries to save or execute file locally

Hello. I am trying to install sugarcrm.

When I point my browser to the directory where I have it, I am redirected to install.php, and everything goes ok, and I am asked all the required info (database user, password, etc) to install. The problem is that after I provide all the info and just when the tables should start being created, my browser opens up a window asking me if I want to save install.php in my machine or execute it.

So, the file is not being executed on the web server, it looks like it is unrecognized and the browser thinks that I want to download it.

I suppose that this is a misconfiguration in my web server, that doesn't have MIME types properly set up or something like that. I don't think its a problem with the sugar installer at all. However, if you could please give me any pointers on what is wrong in my server configuration, I would appreciate it a lot.

I am running an apache 2.0.52 with php 5.0.4 on CentOs 4.4

Apache / PHP 4.3.10 / MySQL 4.1.19 / FreeBSD 4.10
