installed SugarCrm ZIP Handling module

Hi there,
i installed the SugarCrm Version 6.2.2, and when is done i got that the ZIP Handling Module is not installed and that the system can't handle compressed files ??

i skipped this error but when i tried to install a (ZuckerReports_1.14_module.zip) using module loader i can see that the system doing noting just waiting and that's it ???

so my question if its the problem of loading .zip files as module can't work because of the earlier problem of not installed ZIP handling module ? please tell me how can i sole the problem for the
1) ZIP module
2) loading ZuckerReports_1.14_module

What Operating System are you on?

I believe you need to install this php extension: PECL :: Package :: zip
