Missing forms

I am running SugarCRM 5.0.0a. Last week I created a new module using the Module Builder and installed it. Now I don't have any forms with which to add Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Projects etc.

For example, when ever I click on a create link, "Create Contact", I am taken to a page that has all the menus, links, graphics on it along with the word "Contacts". Underneath the word "Contacts", where the form should be is a complete blank.

If I use the shortcut forms in the sidebar, the account is created and I am taken to its data screen. If I click the Edit button, I am taken to a blank page as described above. The forms never appear.

There are no errors

Has anyone come across this before? Any ideas? Any solutions?

In the end I blew the entire database and installation away and re-installed from scratch. I then imported the data from a backup. Now things are working well.
