Move Sugar to a new server

HI Forum,

is there any migration manager to move sugar to another server?
Just install everything and copy the database won´t work.

I got a nice message after trying it.
---Sugar CRM 6.2.4 Files May Only Be Used With A Sugar CRM 6.2.4 Database.
But all was 6.2.4

Did you check the db settings in <sugar>/config.php (section 'dbconfig')?

Copying the database and the install directory and then confirming/updating the info in the config.php is correct, per Stefan's suggestion, is usually all it takes.

The only time you really have to worry about things outside of that is if the servers in question have differing versions of PHP.
