no dashlets editing after upgrade to 6.3

After upgrading to 6.3 we lost functionality to add or edit dashlets. just hang on loading

Any javascript errors shown in the console?

Jip a few in firebug.

Also funny is if you move from one existing dashlet to a new one you have to refresh screen before something shows.

Try resetting your homepage in the user preferences and see if the problem goes away. I'm betting there is a dashlet that isn't compatible with 6.3 that is causing problems.

copied includes dir from fresh installation, but now a new error
