Scheduler logs always log the same time.

Hi,

I've just installed sugar 4.5.1 and everything looks great except my scheduler logs are displaying the same time everytime a job is executed: 2000-01-01 16:00

I believe I have set my cron tab up correctly and I do have cURL

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
