I've racked my brain for a couple days here trying to find a solution online, and figure this out myself but can't seem to solve this.
I upgraded my Sugar CE from the originally installed version of 6.1.2 to the newest release of 6.3. I used the SilentUpgrade script on my linux system and everything seemed to work well. However, when I login to my sugar system, most of the pages (such as Leads, Accounts, etc) fail to load giving me the following error:
"There is no action by that name."
I did a Repair/Rebuild, and Repair of Relationships to try to solve this, but nothing did. I also made sure the my webserver user/group owned all files in the sugarcrm webfolder. Nothing seems to fix this. I also tried viewing the log using debug mode, but nothing is logged about this. After some more research I found that the only pages that are affected are those that are linked to using ajax such as:
http://www.mycrm.com/index.php?module=Administration&action=Upgrade#aja xUILoc=index.php%3Fmodule%3DAccounts%26action%3Din dex%26parentTab%3DSales
Interestingly enough, if I try to use this link instead manually, it actually loads correctly:
http://www.mycrm.com/index.php?module=Accounts&action=index&parentTab=S ales
So it seems like there is something wrong with the AJAX loading of these pages.
Really need some help here, any ideas?
