SugarCRM not displaying properly

Hi All!

I am not sure what is going on here. I installed 6.1.2 CE on a web server and, while it installed OK (or seemed to), Sugar is not displaying graphically. I do not get the links across the top of the page, for example. I get them in text along the left side of the screen. It's almost as if the page was optimized for a mobile phone.

I have tried upgrading to 6.1.6 and now to 6.2.3 without any luck.

Any ideas?

Sounds like this is a file permission issue. You should check them in your system.

Yes, make sure your web server user has read access to all your sugarcrm directory, probably your issue is related with that.
