SugarCRM Search bugs

Dear Lady/Gentlemen,

I would like to write this thread to ask for help.
I am installing a SugarCRM Version 6.3.1 (Build 7095).

On my usage, I open the SugarCRM, and open "Accounts" tab;
After that I input into the Search textbox to search for "Powder"

What happened was: SugarCRM displayed the 2 results but very quick before I can click on any of these 2 search results, SugarCRM absolutely REDIRECT the result page back to the previous "Account" page hence I could not search.

What shall I do? If anyone know how to repair this bug? May You kindly reply to me asap.

We're seeing the exact same issue here after upgrading from 6.1. Users are not too pleased.

Sorry, I don't have SugarCRM forum account... But recently was facing the same issue with search.

Was fixed by disabling AJAX:
echo "$sugar_config['disableAjaxUI']" > /var/www/.../config_override.php
