Default Trouble with incoming mail set up (Gmal/Google Apps)

Ive got all my emails for the business running through Gmail and a Google Apps account. Im trying to set up incoming mail through Sugar CRM Community Edition, outgoing mail tests are working fine but when I set up incoming it keeps saying incorrect login or passwrod but everything seems correct and I dont know what to do.

Has anyone had this issue, I pressume its something small that Im missing but dont know what it would be.

I might have a similar problem - but you've not explained the details of your issue t very well.

I am trying to set up a Group e-mail for support e-mails - I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or if something is not working.

I'm running Sugar 6.3.0RC2, on Kubuntu Natty, php 5.3.5

    My setup is this:
My gmail (business account) is setup so that any invalid users e-mails come to me. (such as info/support etc)
My gmail configuration then says if an e-mail is addressed to support@mybusiness.com if puts it in Labels it as "Support" - which looks lots like an IMAP folder and is enabled for IMAP to see it. - In fact using my IMAP client, it shows up as the support folder I expect and holds the e-mails I expect.

So - on Sugar, I set up a group e-mail with the username as me@mybusiness.com, but monitoring the "Support" folder, rather than the "INBOX" folder. - it allows me to select it, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to download anything from that folder.

I have a personal e-mail setup, for me@mybusiness.com monitoring the INBOX as normal and this works fine - but both the Support and Info don't seem to work.

Is it me, or a bug?

    Thanks!
