I have just noticed this, running Version 6.5.5 (Build 8525).
I was adding a new account and the customer opted out from receiving emails.....so I check opted out beside their email address. I then saved the account and noticed there was no line through the email address. Thinking this strange, I edited the account and the opted out checkbox was blank.
I did the following next:
- Quick Repair and Rebuild
- Rebuild Relationships
Tried editing the account again and still not able to opt out the email address. Thinking it was account related, I went back and looked at a more recent account that I knew opted out. The opt out was not checked. It is simply not saving the opt out.
Anybody have an idea how to fix this?
