About LinkBacksI'm not quite sure how my installation got so out of date, but I can't seem to find instructions for this kind of update. Can someone help, or point me in the right direction?

Updating from 5.5.1 to 6.3.0
I'm not quite sure how my installation got so out of date, but I can't seem to find instructions for this kind of update. Can someone help, or point me in the right direction?

You'll have to perform this in at least two steps, as you cannot directly jump from 5.5 to 6.3.
You'll first need to upgrade to 6.0 or 6.1 and then from there to 6.3.
Check your PHP version before doing anything and make sure it is compatible with 6.x. Chances are that it is, but it is always good to double check. The official list of supported versions is here:

Good suggestion to check the PHP versions. I'm out of date and I just have to wait until the host updates it. So, I guess I'm waiting.
