Upgrade 5.1 to 5.2 CE - Forum Problem in the Admin Section

I noticed my "Forum Topics" section in my SugarCRM CE got a little strange when I upgraded to 5.2 (from 5.1). Wondering if anyone else has seen this in their adminstrative section? The forums module(s) seem to work just fine.

I have just finished upgrading to 5.2 and can confirm the same error:
SugarCRM CE 5.2 / PHP Version 5.2.0-8+etch13 / MySQL 5.0.32

Hi,
After a new installation on 5.2 CE we encountered the same problem. We also have problem when we want to create a forum, we get the following err msg:
Fatal error: Call to a member function info() on a non-object in /var/www/sugarcrmtest/modules/Forums/EditView.php on line 52

Hi Dude,

You have to change in the file:

custom/Extension/modules/Administration/Ext/Administration

Where you have to write may be like this

$admin_option_defs['xxxxxxxx'] = array(..........

After it perform Quick Repair from admin panel of repair section

I think this may work for you.....

I installed the forum on a new install of 5..2 and get this error. The quick repair did not fix it.

Are there any progress in making Forums module for 5.2 version? O r we will need to wait till 5.5? Issue with Forums module for SugarCE is one that prevents we to upgrading from 5.1 to 5.2.
