upgrade 6.4 to 6.5.9 zip support no find

after an upgrade 6.3x to 6.4x, restart all but when try to upgrade again, the preflight control set zip support don't find.... what appened? wamp structure

Hi I Think yes, because I upgrade Sugar without problem, only in this upgrade step the problem is appared... where i can control if the zip extension is installed? Or where is the config file that individuate the estension?
