Default Upgrade issue 6.2.4 to 6.3.1 due to autoloader.php line 73

I'm getting this error when upgrading from 6.2.4 to 6.3.1, the same error gets thrown when using the upgrade wizard and silent upgrade.

Warning: require_once(modules/Feeds/Feed.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Y:\sugarsuite\include\utils\autoloader.php on line 73

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'modules/Feeds/Feed.php' (include_path='Y:\s
    ugarsuite\include/..;.;C:\php5\pear') in Y:\sugarsuite\include\utils\autoloader.php on line 73
    *************** silentupgrade failed ***************

Anyone got any ideas to get around this? Thanks.

Got around the issue by deleting the files

    \www\sugarsuite\custom\Extension\application\Ext\I nclude\Feeds.php
    \www\sugarsuite\custom\Extension\application\Ext\I nclude\iFrames.php

then doing a Quick Repair and Rebuild before the upgrade.

    I had the same issue.
Your fix is for "before the upgrade"
I tried it anyway and could not get the UI to load after login page.
I could not go back to a good backup, so I tried the following:

    renamed cache/modules to cache/modules_old

That seemed to do the trick.

Now my problem is the same javascript YUI issues we had in 5.5.2 to 6.0 upgrade.
Cant edit fields in Quick Create. (have to use fulll form or right mouse click /arrow keys)
