Upgrade problem still present

Hi everybody.
I had a problem in Sugar 6.2.1: the Upgrade Wizard gave me a blank page, only the upper menus were present.

So I installed a FRESH 6.3.0 and linked it to the 6.2 database modifying the version written on it.

I know that it's not safe but I haven't had other options as nobody answered me to my help requests on the forum.

But now the same problem is annoying me! I can't open the Upgrade Wizard again. Only the upper menus appear. The HTML code of the page stops at this point:

Maybe i have a DB issue but what could be it? Was it present from the 6.2 version?
Anybody has an idea?

Update:

The problem is apparently solved by deleting/renaming the "update" directory in "cache". The page loaded without errors and the update procedure went on without errors to the end. The last page of the updating process was not shown but the system seems updated regularly to 6.3.1.

After the updating process, anyway, the problem of the broken update page in present again...

So what's going on?

Having the same issue after upgrading to Version 6.4.0RC1 (Build 7162).

Wanted to upgrade to RC2 but not able to launch the upgrade wizard as the HTML page is not building and stops at

Have played around with permissions but no result.

Do not have an "update" folder in /cache, only "upgrades". Renamed the folder to "upgrades_del" and the wizard is showing now.

Would appreciate an idea for a more permanent solution to this problem.
