Upgrade Wizard Failure

I'm running a Test Dev Environment on Oracle Linux 6.3 with version 6.5.7 of SugarCRM pro installed

Under administration->system when I click on Upgrade Wizard the browser displays

The website cannot display the page HTTP 500

and the Sugarcrm.log file shows

Mon Dec 3 23:51:46 2012 [4295][db35cfda-d4a0-2658-8a96-5094c3851321][FATAL] Unable to place hover field link on metadata for module Contacts

There are 3 or 4 fields added using studio to contacts module.

Any ideas of how I can fix this or at least further diagnose the issue?
