Upgrading from Beta6 to RC1

I have done something obviously stupid... Upgrading our working 6.2.0 release to Beta6.
Now, I would like to upgrade to RC1 or to the final 6.3.0 release when available.

However, it seems no patch is provided.

How can I do ?

I would like to know the same thing. I installed 6.3.0beta2 accidentally and now wish to upgrade to the RC so that I can upgrade to GA when it's made available.
