Upgrading from version 2.0 - help needed

Hi,
This summer I realized, that we are stuck with version 2.0 (OpenSource). Now (due to server upgrades) I really need to upgrade to the latest version (and the documented upgrade path in summer began with version 2.5). As I don't know much about the Sugar internals, I'd like somebody to help with the database upgrade (or to just do it). This surely needs to be a paid service - can somebody guess on how complicated (e.g. expensive) this process will get? I don't need an exact quote but some information to provide to my boss in order to get the money before we'll order this.

SugarCRM sales suggested to buy support incidents in the Sugar Network in order to get help, but cannot provide information about the number of incidents needed. I'd be ready to do so, but need a rough number in order to get money assigned to this.

I run support here at Sugar. For just the one-time upgrade, you'll need just one support case.
