user_direct_reports relationship error

I am seeing the following entries in my error log. I am running 6.4.0RC2. Any ideas? Repair and rebuiling relationships did not fix the issue.

I'm also seeing a very large number of similar errors on the same Sugar release...
I'm using the Corporate flavor!

Same errors here with 6.4.0 Professional. Could these errors influence performance?
