Version upgrade from 6.2.0 beta 4 to 6.4

I have been using the Open Source CRM Version 6.2.0beta4 (Build 6272).

I now want to upgrade the same to the Lastest Version 6.4. While uploading the Latest Version , I am getting the error of this version is not supported.

Could you please guide me how to upgrade the same to the latest version.

I am struggling from upgrading from 6.3.1 to 6.4 as well. Something gets messed up in the upgrade process and the upgrade wizard screen is now blank when I go back to it. I may try to install 6.3.1 directly, but my original install was 6.2. So if I skipped all the upgrades in between there I would be concerened on what would happen when I tried to upgrade my production instance. I have been struggling with this for the past couple of weeks!
