Note to every conversation

I need to put note to every communication I have to my clients. Note like, what have we talked and agreed upon on a meeting, telephone call, email ...

For instance:
in december campaign a client said, that he will publish an ad into this, that, that, and that magazine. Another client said something else.

In January campaign I would like to see what the client already have said, so I can continue the conversation (and offer him this and that or that I don’t call him, because he already purchased for this period)

In short; I would like to take notes for every conversation I have with a client. So I can see when what was said whit whom.

Can you please tell me how to achieve that.

The Calls and Meetings modules have the Notes subpanel so you can add the notes there.
This can be done without additional customization, but if you need something smarter so you should need to customize it.

Let us know the work flow you would like to implement.
