Is anyone experiencing an issue with SugarCRM Support?
I have 2 outstanding issues (cases) with the sugar support team. However, when I have clicked on the links from emails that I have received from the support team to the cases, I am presented with a screen telling me to log in, even though I am logged in.
I have tried to access the support portal through the Support and Training Tab on www.sugarcrm.com/crm and it says to activate support portal login (which I already have and have 2 outstanding cases which are not being displayed).
I have also emailed the engineers who sent the emails. However, I have not received a response to why my support portal has been deactivated, or to the response that I provided them with to a question relating to the cases.
I have had no correspondence from the SuagrCRM Support team saying that either case has been closed/fixed.
