Can I use the name sugar or sugar CRM in my domain

Hi All I was wondering if it is allowed to use the name 'sugar' or 'sugarcrm' on my domain. I am thinking of setting up a system where we can host the community version of SugarCRM for people and I wondered if we can use the name in the domain or whether we need to call it something else?

I don't believe you are allowed to do that...

crm is a standard option to use.

The reason I posted this was because I found Netfleet were selling sugarcrm.com.au and I wondered whether i could buy it! But I guess there is no point buying it if you can't use it!
