Hi,

Anyone know if in the Enterprise edition, which contains the Customer Portal, I need to purchase a user license for every external user i.e. customer? We have partner companies that we want to access the CRM system to do very specific actions like entering a part #, tracking a part, etc.. Does each one require a seperate license?

As far as I know, you don't need to pay for external users (contacts). But I'd recommend you to ask Sugar Customer Service to confirm this.
