What functionality is available to customers using the customer self-service portal in the Enterprise version and do these customers need a SugarCRM pro license to access this portal?

Sugar Portal is a portal framework that provides a self-service portal, which allows your users and contacts to view, create, and edit cases and bugs in Sugar. You can also view articles created in Sugar. Articles, which can be on any subject such as case resolutions and FAQs are created in Sugar’s Knowledge Base module.
Licenses are included in your enterprise license, contact your sales person for details,but no, a pro license is not required.
