I've got an interesting question...

I am working on some graphics for a project that uses the SOAP API and works with CE, Pro and Ent. My project will not be GPL.

I'd like to use one of the SugarCRM graphics in my graphic to accentuate the point about the product being designed and geared towards SugarCRM.

What rights does one have to use such graphics? For example, it seems to me that the graphics in CE would be GPL, but I am not sure if me using them would cause a problem.

It seems like I'd have to GPL my graphic and perhaps even my code if I use the finished graphic within my project.

Some other vendors I've worked with allow a certain amount of fair use when it comes to that type of stuff. I am wondering if any such rules have already been published for SugarCRM related items.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

At the bottom of this page, you will see a link to "Trademark Info". That details everything you can and can't do with logos and such.
