legality in hosting

Hi,

I wish to modify the original community version into new crm and host it as service to sell to customers without provide them the source code of the application that i wish to offer.
May i know is it legal to host the modify version as a service to sell to customer?

It is legal for SugarCRM 5.5 CE (GPLv3)
You can't use version 6 because it has AGPL license
