    Anybody help

I have sugar CE 5.0.0k for testing purpose and I created a module with module building after a few days I logged into sugar and than this msg showed up:

This copy of the SugarCRM customer relationship management program appears to have legal notices or author attributions modified or removed in violation of the GNU General Public License version 3. Please contact SugarCRM Inc. to correct this problem.

    Why is that?

I think that message appears if you remove the copyright notice that appears at the button of all pages.

Hope someone can clear up this simple question.

Is it allowable for an organisation to install CE on their hardware and with no code modifications charge another third party organisation for per user access to the product? (can they cover themselves legitimately by saying they are "hosting" the product?)

Is it a violation of v3 licence to use the following scenario:
    1. Use SugarCRM CE
    2. Create, modify modules
    3. Add a function that would use database on our company server to store data instead of default SugarCRM
    4. Charge users for providing hosting and maintence of the database
    5. Publish source code for modified version of SugarCRM CE

If you are providing a hosted solution under the AGPL you would just need to make the source available to the users of your service which you plan on doing. From what you describe it seems to be in accordance with the license.

    Of course, consult a lawyer.

    Default Hosted solution and Rebranding

My first question was going to be about offering a hosted solution. Fortunately for me the answer to this question, i believe, lying just a couple of posts before above.
So we'll take it as "yes, you can offer a hosted SugarCRM to be rented to 3rd party".

My next question, however, doesn't seem to have ever asked here, or maybe the answer is too obvious and its just me being stupid. It's "can i rebrand SugarCRM?" To the extreme end, can I completely take out any instance of word SugarCRM with MyOwnCRM?
To a lesser extreme, can I rework the layout of SugarCRM web interface such that SugarCRM's logo will be put somewhere else and my company logo will be also put somewhere in there? If it's allowed, is there any rules that we must comply with?
