Default Modification of login , violation of GPL V.3?

    Hello,

I am testing for myself installation of SUGAR CRM and trying to customize it for client before it goes in use.

I replaced one icon on login prompt and I am now cautioned after log in that I am probably violating license and that I have to contact SUGAR CRM.
    my installation is on link:
    http://www.gnulinuxcentar.org/rudnap-crm
As far as I see I did not violate license. Please check my installation and advise where is "violation" of license?

    With best wishes,

    Vedran

Did you replace the Powered by SugarCRM logo? If so - yes, that is an issue.

    Hello,

If you go o n link that I provided in my previous post you will see that there are two logos.

One that is below login form is not changed (powered by Sugar CRM). Another one that is above lgin form is preplaced withfile with the same name.

PLease check and advise since I want to customize that login prompt part and also I do not want toviolate Licence.

    Thanks,

    Veki

I realized that powered.....png and powered.gif should be placed in /includes/images folder regardless of teh fact that system uses them from cache too.
However, logo was visible all teh time because it is not intention to remove powered by Sugar icon. Just above below Welcom it may be good to put logo of comapny that welcomes its workers to enter CRM.
    When I copied them to
/includes/images folder notice on licence violation disappeared.

Maybe some small How to should be written on this topic in order to satisfy customers and Sugar developers too.

    Best wishes,

    Veki
