I have downloaded sugarcrm, the free version.
i wanted to know if its legal to host and sell to my own clients on my website??

Yes it is. You just have to provide the source code. Which makes selling a not very thrilling experience. Hosting is different, here the source code doesn't have to be provided (the SaaS loophole).
