What is the process of getting a full copy of the enterprise license data in cloud?

If i purchase the pro/corporate/Enterprise license in the sugar cloud:
SugarCRM Editions & Pricing | SugarCRM.com English (Americas)

and use it for a year and then want to get a full copy of my data (database and system) in order to move to other crm system.
can i do that ?
is it free of charge?

If you stop paying for Sugar and want to leave we will give you a full MySQL DB backup of their data so that they can move to another system. This is at no charge you must simply request it thru the support portal.
