I cannot open my dashlets

Hi,

As of today, my sugar system would not open the dashlet views. It just says loading the whole time that leads me to believe that it might be a permissions issue?

I did check the Dashlets folder in the include folder in sugar : sugar/include/Dashlets
and this folder and its contents has full 777 permissions.

I would really appreciate it if someone can please help me with this...

I did some further debugging and found this problem when the HTTP XML REQUEST is sent to show the dashlets:

i went to that file and found that all the code is correct... so the problem is the information that is sent to this page... Im hoping someone could walk me backwards to find the array of dashlets and hopefuly figure out why the array is not being populated.

If i click on Add Dashlets it just says Loading... but does nothing.

i think a default dashlet that comes with sugar is damaged. Can any please explain to me how to fix this problem, or please guide me in the right direction!

This is quite a big issue in a firm, as no one can make use of the ticket system or the calendar. Please help!!!
