Hi,
Why you want to use postgreSQL? Is there any special reason for that.
MySQL or MS SQL is enough may be to use with sugarcrm.

Compatibility with PostgreSQL is a ancient request in SugarForum.
Unfortunately there is no support for it yet but I would like to see such support on future versions.

You can find a version 1.0 of sugarcrm for postgresql in the project " sugarcrm against Postgresql " of sourceforge. I am interested in your returns
You will find a patch that makes sugarcrm 5.2I compatible with postgresql in the project: sugarcrm versus Postgresql
Is there any special reason for that, Why you want to use postgreSQL?
